About Flu Central
Flu Central offers our corporate and community organizations the chance to set up private flu and pneumonia shot clinics throughout October, November, and December. We will come to your business, church, organization, or meeting sites to offer shorts to your employees and members/attendees in the privacy of your establishment.
Fees and Billing Info
The cost of the shots is $30 per person for flu and $75 per person for pneumonia. Individuals who have Medicare Part B as their primary insurance may present their card at a clinic site and receive both the flu and pneumonia shots at no charge. Flu Central will submit all Medicare Part B claims to Medicare.If other insurance or HMO's are the primary carrier and Medicare is secondary, then payment will be expected at the time of service.
Flu Central accepts cash or check only.
For private clinics, there is never an administration clinic fee.
Billing Arrangements
- If the employer wishes to pay for their employees shot(s), we will bill you for the number of shots given; or...
- If the employer wishes to pay for 1/2 the cost of their employees shot(s), we can collect the employee's portion of the cost and bill your company the remaining amount; or...
- If the employer wished to host the clinic and open it up to retired employees and/or the general public as a special promotion, we will collect the money from each individual participant for their shot. Individuals may pay by cash or by check
